These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Studio Credits website and the purchase of prepaid Studio Credits. By purchasing or using Studio Credits, you agree to these Terms.

1. Studio Credits

Studio Credits are a prepaid digital balance that can be applied toward eligible services and resources offered by the studio. 1 Studio Credit is equal to USD $1.00. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

Studio Credits are delivered digitally and are typically applied to the customer's account within minutes of successful payment processing. In rare cases, processing may take up to 1 business day.

2. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a purchase, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

3. Eligible Use

Credits may be redeemed only for eligible services and resources made available by the studio. The studio reserves the right to update the list of eligible items at any time.

4. Account and Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing credits, including any account identifiers required to apply credits to your balance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Studio Credits.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Studio Credits after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
